Windows 10 pre-installed on ssd windows

Can i buy a ssd with windows 10 already installed. If so where?

Even if you could, it would probably have issues with your PC. Your PC is likely to have different components that the PC used to install Windows 10. This accounts for some inconsistencies and while Windows 10 is fairly good at correcting these, it is still preferable to install the OS while using the system the OS is intended for.
