Windows 10 Pro 64bit OEM Key

Hey guys,
I'm building a new gaming pc and I'm going to install Windows 10 Pro 64bit.
I will not change any hardware in thr future so I will buy OEM version.
Can I download it from the official windows website and then buy an OEM activation key? Or do I have to buy the Windows DVD/USB stick + OEM key?
And if I buy the OEM activation key, can I use the same key to reinstall windows in the future on the same machine?

This sounds like you're looking to purchase a cheap key online somewhere?
Don't.

A valid Windows license costs what it costs. Generally around $90-$100 US.
Buy it from a valid retailer, and you'll have no issues. Amazon/Newegg/Microsoft/BestBuy...

Yes, you can install the OS and skip the license key.
You will see certain restrictions, though.

Yes I'm going to buy the OEM key online on Amazon.de
I live in Germany.
So I can download online the OS and install it for free. Then I can use the key to remove the restrictions, right?
