Windows 10 Problem

So basically I decided to factory restart my windows 10 laptop due to it being slow. Once it was on the installing windows screen it got to 64% then the computer shutdown and didnt turn back on. Once I got it back on, it would load the HP symbol, show the installing windows 64%, and would redo the same things. Show the installing windows 64% complete, show a black screen, the load the HP beginning screen again and back to the 64%. Please help

Sounds like a Master Boot Record (MBR) issue. Since that's the case you'll need to try resetting the MBR:

If that doesn't work, you'll need to do a clean install of the OS:

Either way, once you're up[ and running, take a backup of your PC. Restoring to a backup is safer and more effective for speeding up a PC than the factory restart. Free tools worth checking out are Rollback Rx and Macrium Reflect.
