Windows 10 random shutdown

Hello, I've been experiencing random shutdowns every few days, it started happening like a week ago before that they were there, but very rare like one every few months, I even got a new expensive ups and it still happens...

I have all the latest driver and windows updates.
I'm on Windows 10 Pro and I have Kaspersky antivirus.
My specs: Gpu: msi gtx 980
Cpu: i7-4790k
Mobo: Asus maximus hero VII
PSU: Seasonic P-1000 1000W 80 PLUS Platinium Active

Updating Bios was the solution :\

I really surprised it was a BIOS error, usually it's problems with GeForce drivers.

How did you find out it was BIOS related? Nothing in the image indicates that.

I looked thru some more errors, goggled them and had a conclusion, that either my ram was bad or bios has a problem, so I opened up my bios and it was like version 1000 and the latest one is was somewhere in the 3000...
