Windows 10 Realtek ethernet PCIe driver problem samsung laptop

I have the drivers for the realtek ethernet card installed and when the cable is plugged in it says its unplugged I reinstalled the drivers and nothing happens. I also uninstalled the device and nothing happens. I cant roll back drivers or install earlier drivers because it keeps saying installing latest driver 10.1.... At this point I don't know what to do.

Hello... 1) list your Samsung model for us.
2) Look in your device manger for what is listed under network adaptors... post a digital img if you can.
