Windows 10 resolution problem!

i have a massive problem after installing windows 10 from the windows 8.1 upgrade, when tabbing in and out of game it changes resolutions back and forth and messes with programs, and now after trying to play minecraft it opens it in this high res fullscreen res and i can't use the mouse... please help

i have uninstalled and reinstalled my nvidia gpu driver with the fresh install option and nothing has worked, tried disabling my on board graphics card also no change
