Question Windows 10 Resource Monitor Maximum Frequency

Good day,

I have recently noticed that Windows 10 Resource Monitor shows that my CPU usage is just at 10%, but my Maximum Frequency is at 110%. CPU Temp is at 47C. I'm just running a couple of Chrome tabs, with some minor background apps. I have a Ryzen 5 2600X CPU with a stock fan.

Is this something I should worry about?

Everything seems to be normal. I'm just wondering why it shows Maximum Frequency 110%. I have already disabled the overclock feature of my CPU.

I don't know about the 110% of what.
But, your processor has 12 threads.
If you have a single threaded app that was running full out, your cpu usage on task manager would be about 10%
