Hi everyone,

I'm hoping somebody could help me with this:

A few days ago i installed a Crucial MX500 M.2 1TB SSD SATA in my Asus Notebook. The first problem i encountered was that neither windows or BIOS detected de SSD, so i read some forums and one of the advice was to update the BIOS, i checked it and it was actually out of date so i continued to update my BIOS and this brings me to my second problem, now my BIOS or Windows won't detect my HDD or my SSD. I continue to read more forums, another advice was to install a new Windows OS from scrath. So i prepared a USB and booted a new windows OS, and in the Windows 10 Setup, the SSD and HDD appeared! so i continued with the installation in the SSD and finally windows start working. I downloaded the drivers, the softwares, etc. and suddenly windows crashed, then restarted and turned back on into the BIOS configuration menu, and my SSD or HDD were still missing.

Next, i disconnected the battery and the CMOS, reconnected, turned on, and windows started. But once again it crashed, turned back on into BIOS with HDD and SSD missing.

I turned my notebook off, to enter the BIOS from scratch (not from crash/restart) and it detects the HDD and the SSD, so when i save & exit the BIOS, windows start running, but then crashes, restart into BIOS.

The same issue occurs only with HDD connected and viceversa, only with SSD connected.

Here are the specs of my computer:
Motherboard: Asustek FX503VD
CPU: Intel i5-7300HQ @ 2.50GHz
8GB DDR4 RAM

Please help =(.

P.s: Sorry for bad english
