Windows 10 Scanning and Repairing Drive (C) on a fresh install

Hello Guys
So fresh windows 10 here on a 5820k with about 64gb of ram nothing (and i mean nothing on it) just installed the graphics drivers and the updated the bios and shut it off to go run some errands come back home powered it on and it a get a notification that its scanning and repairing drive C and then does a boot again into windows and all is well

Why would it need to start a repair sequence this early into the windows phase when it didnt even blue screen on me or shut down the wrong way ? Any ideas whats up ? Cant seem to connect the dots

There could be a corruption in your OS but to rule that out try and perform a repair install or a reinstall of the OS but not before ruling out the bootable USB installer isn't corrupted by recreating it.

Could you please pass on your full systems specs?
