[SOLVED] Windows 10 Scheduled Optimization keeps turning off after rebooting

So every time I try to set "schedule optimization" on to monthly and set it to the hard drives I want it always shuts off when I restart my computer and I can't seem to figure out why, and I can't seem to find solid info of other users having the same issue.
I've tried to uninstall any programs that might be causing it, but it seems to have been an issue for at least 6 months and didn't realize till now when I checked and my drives haven't been optimized in over 6 months.
curious if anyone has suggestions on how to fix or an MS troubleshooter?
windows version: 20H2 , 19042.804

No need for alarm but this explains it pretty good, there is no real need to "optimize" an SSD as T.R.I.M. does it anyway automatically....
