I've tried everything, Updating my driver, Changing the size of the texts, and Changing the resolution.

I can't see anything but my wallpaper, not even my taskbar, when I use my windows key only half the it shows up. It's like my screen just got cut off

Your explanation of the problem is very short. Can you list the parts in your computer?
Is it the bottom half of the screen that is missing?
Is the missing half of the screen black, white or a mix of colors?
Does the computer seem to work normally otherwise?
Does the same problem occur in the BIOS?

I'm not too good with computers.
1. The bottom half of the screen is indeed missing. I don't know if I explained this right so correct me if you can but when my screen was missing I could still put my cursor all the way to the bottom which the cursor would just disappear, I can still open opened applications on my taskbar but it just turns into a guessing game of where it could be.

2. It does but everything seems zoomed in and my cursor is a little choppy when moving it around.

3. Yes, it does occur, Another problem which I find weird is how when restarting my computer the windows logo instead of it being in the middle of my screen is all the way down with some of it peeking on my screen.
