Windows 10 search doesn't show my programs

So my Windows 10 search function can't find any programs, e.g. Steam, Skype, Photoshop etc. Though it still shows me Microsoft programs e.g. Office365 programs, Microsoft Edge, Calculator, and so on and so fourth. Any help?
