Windows 10 settings crashes after a small time open.

Hello all, My windows 10 seems to have a problem, I cannot keep windows settings open for more than 5-8 seconds before it closes. My computer is a desktop running a 64 bit OS. I didn't know whether to put this in apps or laptops support, because my computer is a desktop, so please feel free to move it. Thanks in advance.

First I would try rebooting the computer. If that doesn't help, then I would do some deep scans for malware and also for viruses.
