Question Windows 10 shutting down forever

Hi, for the past few weeks, whenever I shut down Windows 10, "Shutting Down" shows up on the screen with some dots spinning in circle. Can you let me know how to fix it please?

I don't see a problem here. This is what is supposed to happen and is completely normal operation. Unless there is some other issue that you did not tell us about. We cannot see your system. You have to supply us with ALL the details before anyone can even begin to diagnose a problem.

Even leaving the machine alone for hours, "Shutting Down" is still on the screen. I have to force it to shut down by pressing the power button for a few seconds.

What are you running? List everything.

What have you changed since it last worked? This includes installing/removing/reconfiguring both hardware and software. Something as innocuous as moving it 1" to the left counts as a change.

What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Please post the relevant logs.
