Windows 10 size on a flash drive

On the microsoft site it sais that windows 10 is around 20gb but i see people online having flash drives with even 4gb installing windows.
So, will a 8gb flash drive do the job?

Yes 8gb is what is recommended. The windows installer is compressed and currently, if I remember right, is 3.96GB in size so it will not fit on a formatted 4gb drive anymore.
