I am really clueless to why windows just won't play sound at maximum. Couple of things I tried:
  1. 'Loudness EQ' actually lowers the sound even more
  2. Whenever I click on 'Disable all enhancements' I get an immediate sound boost after clicking OK but that only lasts for a short time.
  3. Whenever I open and close(right click on Speakers and choose Configure Speakers) the Speaker Configuration I also get an immediate sound boost that doesn't last long.

When I'm watching the speakers play in the Playback tab it's like they are limited to 50-60% and almost never reach the top. I really don't know why windows just won't play max audio..

Thank you for helping

Personally I don't think "not play at maximum level" seems to be a very big issue.

Would it help to deactivate equalizer?

Do you have more than one locations/app/settings that allow you to adjust volume?

If nothings seems to work, you may try to install an older version of the audio drivers.
