Windows 10 start button and apps not working.

I have windows 10 pro which was working fine. Once suddenly when I switched on pc I saw that nothing happened when I clicked start button. Also windows apps pinned to task bar showed blank. When I tried to open with search the apps like store it says app can't open refresh to fix. I tried restart but the same continues. Please help.

The best and straightforward solution would be to Restore Your Windows Back to an Earlier State, i.e. when you believe that your PC worked fine.
