Windows 10 start menu and search suddenly stoped working

As the title said.. I tried this commands:

" Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth "

" Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} "

I also tried restarting explorer and nothing. I didnt installed in the recent time any software or game, i update daily my KIS, dont know whats the problem and how to fix it ?

go to settings>update and security>recovery.choose to keep your files and run.

Its pirated windows, I hope recovery option will not screw it ?
And how i enter settings when my start and search wont work ?

do you have adobe acrobate installed? or other adobe products? some update they did was corupting powersheel for me and had to reinstall it.
