Windows 10 Stuck in bios loop

Hey I have a 2 year old pc which is currently stuck in a bios loop or whatever it’s called, the pc would boot up and run but after bios finishes it just goes through the entire process again, I’ve tried unplugging and replugging my ram and gpu I also made sure to check that the cords were plugged in. I have already took the cmos battery out and put it back in and nothing seemed to work. I think it’s my ram but I don’t really want to spend 100+ dollars on new ram. Any ideas of what to do?

CPU: AMD Fx-6300
PSU: Allied AL-d500exp

What kind of powerunit do you have?

If you used an old one to rebuild a pc it could be causing problems.

It’s Allied Al-d500exp, it’s fairly new I got it along with the rest of my parts
