Windows 10 stuck on "getting setup files"

Im upgrading my windows 7 pro 64 bit to windows 10 and when I try its stuck on Getting Setup Files for the past 3 hours. So im guessing its not getting the setup files.... Any help is appreciated and note I am a teenager without a job so i am looking for the most cost effective solution.

restart and try again. or if you have a USB drive over 4GB or you can download the media creation tool from the MS website and it will copy the setup files to it

Try downloading the ISO with the MediaCreation tool. Make your own USB or DVD, and Upgrade with that.
