Windows 10 stuck

I have a problem with windows 10
I have a laptop -Medion Akoya windows 7 64 bit sp 1
and when i try to install it via a disk it gets to the point when its intalling and when it reaches 26% it stuck and it recovers again to my windows 7 saying that it has boot problems in Boot Operation.

I would appreciate all the help.

Disk you mean you made USB if yes try making that USB again i think USB files are corrupt
