Hi. My specs:

Cpu: i7-3770
Mobo: msi h77
Ram: crucial ballistix 2 ×16 gb
Cooler: cryorig h5 universal
Gpu: gtx 1060 6 gb
Psu: seasonic m12ii-620
Case: fractal design focus g with stock fans and one aftermarket in back.
Hdd1: ~ 250 gb ssd
Hdd2: ~1 tb hdd

Just wanna know I can run windows 11 on this setup, or I should think about new build? Cause windows 10 support ends this year. Thanks.

End of support does NOT mean that Windows 10 will cease to run on the existing machine, just that all work on further patches and updates will cease. And to answer your original question, no, Windows 11 will not install on that system without resorting to one or more dodgy workarounds, and even if you do manage to get it installed you, in all likelihood, will not receive patches and updates.

There are ways to bypass the CPU and TPM 2.0 checks during the Windows 11 installation process. These methods involve using tools like Rufus or modifying StuffYourKindledDay the installation media. Many users have successfully installed Windows 11 on older, unsupported hardware.

And doing this invariably ends with the system being locked out of updates. Unfortunately this time around M$ is playing hardball.
