I'm not sure what's going on but if I leave my computer on for a while, it'll be unable to wake up. My PC lights are on and keyboard has power, but no image will post. I have an ASUS z390e Motherboard if its something to do with my bios.

Solution
Well it sounds like you either have a faulty hardware component, or a USB component that is messing up sleep. Sometimes these can be difficult to diagnose. How old is the power supply?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

i7-9700k 5Ghz at 3.15V
Corsair LPX 3200 Ram @ 1.35V System Agent & System Agent Voltage 1.20
ASUS ROG GTX 2070
ASUS ROG Z390-E Gaming Motherboard
EVGA SuperNOVA 750W 80+ GOLD Certified PSU
Cooler Master MasterLiquid Pro 240
Samsung 970 EVO Plus Series - 500GB PCIe NVMe
SanDisk Ultra Plus 480GB SATA 3 Internal Solid State Drive
WD 1TB HDD
Also have a disc reader.

On special occasions, if I moved my cursor into a dialog it would cause all my monitors to blackout. I tried installing a UEFI copy of windows and that's when everything went downhill. Most of the problems are solved except this sleeping one.

Install all Windows 10 drivers from the Asus website.
After installing all the drivers, it still didn't work. Though I did more testing and I found out that CSM in the motherboard should have been enabled. I thought disabling it could reduce boot times but there's barely any difference.

So what's happening is that it sleeps, wakes up to my keyboard but I think it fails to wake up and the just reboots instead. I checked the event viewer and it would say "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck."

Good, it's not, but at least that's something. What is the disc reader? If you unplug it before putting the computer to sleep, and then put it to sleep, does the bugcheck still occurr when you try to wake it?

The disc reader is just the SATA Optical Disc Drive, and I've tried unplugging it and it would still be unable to wake up from a sleep. I've also tried a few other things:

OS Type = Other OS --> Windows UEFI
CSM = Enabled (This makes windows run way smoother) CONFIRMED
In CMD, powercfg -h off
CPU Voltage 1.315 --> 1.320 --> 1.315

Before it fails:
The description for Event ID 32 from source e1dexpress cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
Windows cannot store Bluetooth authentication codes (link keys) on the local adapter. Bluetooth keyboards might not work in the system BIOS during startup.

On occasion estimating 1/10, the PC will be able to wake up from sleep.
Most of the time the PC will either not wake up at all, fans and RGB lights will stay on. Power to keyboard and mouse sometimes stays on.
Sometimes it will do a restart from a sleep.

In the bios, I've tried loading everything to the default settings and the sleep error still persisted.

Are you running VMware or any vm software? Do you have any mapped network drives? If no, try disconnecting your network cable, putting the computer to sleep, then see if it wakes up correctly.
I am not running any vm software nor do I have any mapped network drives. I've disconnected my network cable and turned off wifi and it still didn't wake up properly.

If you look in device manager, is there anything listed as an Unknown Device, or with a generic name?

What external devices are plugged into the PC?

We have 3 Generic PnP monitors and 2 Generic USB Hubs.

I have a keyboard, mouse, firefly mousepad, 3 monitors, optical output, a dvi dual-link to Display port active adapter converter, 3.5mm headphones and that's about it.

After installing this UEFI version of Windows, I would struggle to install the Nvidia control panel. Then I just downloaded it from the app store but it seems to work ok.

USB Hubs - is it just showing the Generic hubs, or is it also showing your Intel USB controller as well?
It is also showing Intel R USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller, NVIDIA USB 3.10 host controller, NVIDIA USB Type-C Port Policy Controller, 4 USB Composite Devices and 2 USB Root Hub(USB3.0) and that's all under Universal Serial Bus Controllers

Cool. And just to make sure I am clear, is the headset 3.5 mm only, or does it plug in USB?

Two thing I do and suggest when computers act this way and I can't find a quick fix:

  1. Dusconnect the motherboard extension cable for all USB and audio case connections.
  2. Install Windows 10 on a spare hard drive with necessary drivers. Put computer to sleep and see if issue persists.

So I reinstalled UEFI version of windows, installed the drivers and it was able to wake up for a bit then after a restart it wasn't unable to wake up again.

Though from the Event Viewer, I see that I am missing Kernel-Power 131. I believe it fails to wake up so it tries to do a restart instead.

[Edit] Yeah, so I waited a bit longer and realized it actually just restarts.
