Windows 10 Unexpected Crash with AMD r5 230

Well, The subject says it all really, I got Windows 10 And when i booted i played some CS:GO, Everything was alright, Then i launched a video on YouTube and it just crashed, I couldn't hear it or see anything the screen was just still. This made me have to Hard reset my PC. Do you guys know how to fix this i have the latest AMD drivers.

CPU: Xeon 5160
GPU: R5 230

By "latest" AMD drivers, do you mean these ones:

If so, I'd do a CLEAN install of the drivers using the Wagnard tools display driver uninstaller that now supports windows 10 to remove all previous driver versions and provide a clean slate. Then reinstall the latest drivers as listed above.
