Question Windows (10) update refuses to connect to the server

Can anyone in the brain trust help me get my bride's desktop to hook up to the update server?

I've tried the various Google search fixes and so far, no luck.

Just to help us what version of Windows 10 is currently installed.

To find the version go to start and right click on settings than click system and than on the left on the bottom click about. There it will show the version your on.
