[SOLVED] Windows 10 update stuck at 86%

It's been stuck at 86% for several hours already and it's running on an SSD so it should be blazing through this. I have already removed all USB devices with nothing changed. Should I shut it off?

Do you know if its a Version update or Cumulative update?

judging by time it could be a version update. restarting one of those can break windows as they are essentially a fresh install of windows. If its stuck, you have no choice. restart PC and see if it tries to roll back to previous version.
