Hi guys i have stop and disable auto updates a million times and they keep comming back downloading stuff when i am playing. Also the deteriorate my perfomance with each one..Is there any way to shut them down for good?

Let it run until it is done. Yes, this cuts into your precious playing time. But not that often.
