Windows 10 upgrade assistant stuck at 99% :/

so, i have looked all over for a solution and it is all the same stuff like "net stop wuauserv" and :services.msc and stop bits cryptsvc and wuauserv" but NOTHING? myabe im not doing it right but i need some help. this update has been on for roughly like 12-14 hours now. Now look the update says that is is supposed to take about 90 minutes.... at first it really looked that way but it just stopped. and as you might have guessed it just stayed there. Any sugggestions??

Any traffic on the network connection? It might be downloading updates and that can take forever.

UPDATE: i have looked around i have come across a few cases where people have waited DAYS. i think I'm going to wait it out BUT feedback/advice would still be very much appreciated!

there shouldnt be too much, and anyway i have a pretty decent internet connection
