Windows 10 upgrade problem

I upgraded from windows 7 to 10 and am facing a couple of issues.

Firstly the sound of connecting and disconnecting a device is playing constantly.

Secondly my mouse keeps recentering im guessing this is why the sound is playing. Ive tried 2 different mice and in different usb ports from 2.0 to 3.0.

Third issue every so often my screen flashes black. I would like to debug the problem but i cant as my mouse keeps resetting....

This only happens when i log in.

Never mind i fixed it, Oculus DK2 HDMI input was the cause unplugged and plugged it back in, so far so good touch wood, the 3 problems so far havent happened again.
