Hi,
I built a PC few weeks ago.
Rig- Intel core i7 6700, Asus GTX 960 DirectCUII OC, 8GB RAM, Seagate surveillance 1tb, MSI H110M Pro VH
I had already downloaded an iso from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10ISO using a mobile browser and it allowed me download the ISO directly from the website. Its size was 4.11GB. I created a bootable USB flash drive with that iso using rufus. I booted using the USB drive, everything went fine but as it went to "Getting Files Ready for installation" at 10%, I get an error "Error 0x80070570 The file may be corrupt or missing.. Make sure all files required for installation are available and restart installation."

So, I got a Windows 8.1 and I installed it. Then I thought that the ISO file ma have gone corrupt so I redownloaded it again from mobile (now it was 4.15gb).I mounted the ISO directly and ran setup.exe. I filled all the information and when it goes to the installation, an error comes Something Happened Windows 10 Installation has failed. I created a bootable pen drive again with rufus, booted using it, filled the information and I got that Error 0x80070570 now at ~43%. I cacelled the installation after that.

Is my ISO corrupt again or there is something else which is not letting the installation complete?
Please help me out.

Ask me for more details.
Thanks in Advance
(There's night in my country so maybe my first response could be late.)

Solution
So the problem was that Microsoft Tech Bench provided me an ISO with a corrupt install.wim file two times. Installed using the media creation tool and everything went fine.
Hi

Which version did you download?
At 4 GB looks like 32 & 64 bit versions
Try just 64 bit version
What did you use to burn the iso to dvd?

Use good quality dvds
Use a slower burn speed

Imgburn is a good program but dont use the installer
Use 7 zip or similar to extract imgburn.exe from the setup file

(The open candy installer with the lattest version is a nuciance which installs addware)

Or use any other dvd writing software which can select half or quarter speed burning and which you know how to get to write a iso image to the dvd rather than putting the iso file onto dvd as a file .

It might help to boot up the windows dvd or usb to run a memory test or run memtest86 to ensure the ram is ok before running the setup again

Hi,
Colif, I've booted from USB two times as I have written in the post but I got the error 0x80070570.
And can I make a bootable USB when I have the iso using the media creation tool without downloading again?
Mike Barnes, I haven't tried any DVD yet, I'm just trying a USB flash drive I.e. Sandisk Cruzer Blade 16GB(I downloaded only 64bit version. you could visit the site with mobile to see that how I downloaded the iso.) And how can I run memtest? I don't think my RAM is bad coz games run perfectly.

My system locale is English United States and I also have downloaded English (non international) iso. I cant run memtest86 now but i'll try it later.
Is there any simple program which can simply check my memory without booting from it? My RAM is Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2133MHz with lifetime warranty.

You can run this but memtest is more thorough: http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-diagnose-memory-using-memory-diagnostics-tool-in-windows-8/

can you try another usb drive? it might be it. Some sandisk USB drives are seen as hard drives and not usb, but I couldn't see anything specific to your model apart from potential missing drivers which could be at play.

I ran windows memory diagnostics but no memory errors were found.
I tried one thing, I extracted the files from the ISO using 7-Zip and ran setup.exe from the folder. This time the somehing happened windows 10 installation error disappeared and that installation finished. My pc restarted and a thing like this http://thewindowsclub.thewindowsclubco.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/windows-10-upgrade-hangs-600x395.png appeared. After that my pc restarted and booted to the same windows 8.1 showing error http://fud.community.services.support.microsoft.com/Fud/FileDownloadHandler.ashx?fid=354190b9-5d00-46e2-a8ca-c3c61156b8ed

Error 0x80070570 - 0x2000c
