Windows 10 upgrade to new SSD?

Hi everyone, is there anyway I can install my free upgrade of Windows 10 on a different SSD?

Sure, you will have to clone your current installation onto the new SSD and upgrade it there. Whatever you cloned from will likely no longer have a valid key.

What he said, you need to basically move your whole OS to the other SSD and then you can upgrade. Otherwise you have to upgrade on the SSD or HDD that your OS is on.

Now could I do the cloning after I have Windows 10 on my current HDD? or is it better to do it after the clone?

I would probably do a clean install of Win 7 on the SSD, then upgrade.
