Windows 10 USB

I already have the Windows 10 USB

and have used it once on my first build and used the key but if I had a completely fresh separate build could I use the same usb and install W10 without the code or even just with a separate code but using the same USB?

Unactivated, it works, mostly.

There is a nag text at bottom right, overlaying everything. Appears whenever it feels like. Or all the time.
No personalization of the desktop or taskbar.

Other than that, it works just fine.
I have a long running Win 10 Pro in a VM, unactivated, to test exactly this.

Installed Dec 8 2016. Still doing its thing. 8 months, and no changes.
