Windows 10 WAN file share

Hello all, I have my old computer running windows 10, I'm looking to set it up so I can still have windows 10 but also be able to make the storage accessible over IP or such. My father has a Mac and I was wondering if I can make it also be able to download / upload files to it.

Every version of Windows past 3.11 (that is, last 25 years or so) can share folders. Three is a sticker post I the forum how to do that.
