[Windows 10] Windows using 9gb of RAM and I have no idea why.

I am running Windows 10 and when I start up it is immediately using 8gb of ram or more. I have closed everything and I still have no idea what is causing it any ideas. Full specs and screenshots below.

It looks like Chrome may be infected or corrupt. I recommend uninstalling chrome and re-installing .

It is the same RAM usage even when Chrome is closed. Also strangely enough the problem stopped after the fifth restart.
