I have 3 desktop computers all with anti virus and connected by ethernet cables / bt router, 2 with windows 10 and one with windows 11.
The windows 10 pc's have years of work on them and are setup as I want them and I don't really want to have to buy new pc's because of the microsoft deadline in October 14th 2025.
My thinking is (maybe totally wrong) is there someway to use all 3 pc's linked together with the windows 11 pc accessing the internet with the 2 windows 10 pc's in the back end which would prevent hackers getting through to them.
Probably not a feasible idea but one can only ask.

Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
Can someone please point me to information on how to setup the LAN with only the Win 11 system accessing the 'outside'
Simply don't use the Win 10 systems for anything from the internet.

Sources from 'outside' can't just reach into your network. That what the router firewall and NAT prevents.
If your Windows 10 PC's are eligible for an upgrade, I'd upgrade the PC's to Windows 11. Make sure you're on the latest BIOS version prior to upgrading, mind you.

Once you've upgraded to Windows 11, recreate your bootable USB installer for Windows 11 and reinstall the OS to rule out any corruption during the migration process.
