Windows 10 Won’t Find My Wifi Or Ethernet

I built my own gaming pc and installed windows and it won’t find my wifi from my wifi adapter the AC1300. When I tried to plug it in through Ethernet it won’t connect to that either. It’s like it can’t find anything. Please Help.
