Windows 10 won't boot.

My machine just alerted me that it needed to restart to install an update. I let it restart, but now upon restart, I am getting a black screen saying to reboot, and select a proper boot device. Any thoughts?

Well have you tried to chose first boot device as your HDD where the OS is installed?

Yes. My Samsung SSD is chosen.

I got it working! Pulled the plug, waited 10 sec, and upon boot it continued updating files, then booted.

Soooo, is this software, or a warning that my MB is dying?

I think it might be Windows 10. I also had a lot of problems when it comes to updates. That's the main reason i switched back to Windows 8.1
