Window's 10 won't boot

Hey,

My PC is stuck on the windows boot loading screen and just hangs there with the loading animation. I can't use f8 to access the Advanced Boot Options because it is disabled by default with windows 10.

I have created a Winpe boot key and can access this environment and view the files on the hard drive where my host Windows 10 is installed, but I'm kind of stuck from here? What's the best option to recover the host installation?

two ways

you can hit reset a few times ween trying to boot and windows 10 may load you into advanced start up OR
The other way is make a windows 10 install disc (download it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10 and make a bootable dvd or usb - boot from this and on 2nd screen after languages, click Repair this pc, NOT INSTALL

Now from the 1st screen, click troubleshoot
Select advanced options
Select start up repair (always good place to start)

If that doesn't work,. try System restore and lastly a reset if the other two don't fix it.
