Windows 10 won't update or

hello,

For some ungodly reason, I cannot update my laptop. Let me show you what I mean,

everytime I download the windows 10 update I am greeted with this message:

Once I press the restart button, it just asks me to update again, as if I didn't do it before...

Restarting doesn't work either.

Laptop is Acer's Predator Helio 300.

Try this, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

Once its created, put in PC.
Open file explorer and find the USB
click on setup.exe to run the setup routine.
it should update PC to 1803

main reason I suggest USB is you only download it once, not many times like if you use the updater, and a version update isn't going to be small.

version 1809 is meant to be live now but Microsoft have paused its roll out due to errors.
