Windows 10 Wrong Drivers GPU

Operating System: Windows 10 64-Bit
Graphics card: Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
Current Driver version: 24.21.13.9836 (Nvidia Quadro P600)
Needed Driver Version: 398.36 (Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti)

Windows 10 keeps pushing the NVIDIA Quadro P600 drivers onto me, even when I manually install the correct drivers for my device. The incorrect driver version is causing severe performance loss, instability and even crashes in-game.

I know I could turn off Windows Update, but I would like to keep everything else up to date. Is there a way to prevent windows from touching my graphics driver?

Thanks in advance.

Solution
There's supposed to be a way to get Windows 10 to not automatically install/update video drivers, but I don't know how to do it.

I would say download the latest driver, and also download DDU. Run DDU to fully uninstall the existing drivers. DDU also changes the setting to not let Windows 10 automatically update the drivers.

Then when that process is complete, install the new drivers.
