Windows 10 x64 bit will not download even though I meet the requirements

I have windows 10 currently installed and I tried using the iso to upgrade but it failed stating I do not.

Here are my specs
CPU: AMD A10-7860K Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G. 3600Mhz L2 Cache 25359 KB 32 bit In FM2+ Socket @ 1.4V
MB: A88X-PRO
HDD: 1 Terrabyte
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
RAM: 8 GB of installed RAM

Are you currently using win 10 32-bit and trying to upgraded to 64-bit? If so you can do an upgrade you have to do a complete clean reinstall.

This app cant run on your pc. To find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher.

In the "does you CPU have the required features" section it mentions the things your cpu needs, but not how to acquire them if even possible. Any ideas?

CPU is new enough to support Windows 10, no questions there.

You'll need to use the option for downloading for another system, download the 64-bit iso then create the media(dvd or usb) and use that for the clean install.
