Windows 10 Xbox Streaming Flickering

basically i try to stream through the xbox app in windows 10 but it flckers really bad but its everything else is fine and responsive, its just i cant see anything it goes black like 5 times in 1 sec. i dont know whats the issue.
Have anyone encountered such issue? any idea how to fix this?

Edit: i noticed that when playing a video that has been published by other players through the xbox app also has the same issue so not only streaming the game

Hello,

Your graphics drivers may need to be updated or you may need to adjust some settings on your PC. Possible your settings are not configured properly. Please try the following;

- Go to Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, click on Adjust screen resolution.
- Select Advanced settings.
- Click the Monitor tab, and then, under Screen refresh rate, click the screen refresh rate you want. The monitor will take a moment to adjust. If you want to keep the changes, click Apply. If you don't apply the changes within 15 seconds, the refresh rate will revert back to your original setting.
- Perform windows update and search for an update that is available for your monitor.
- Update your graphics card, based on your manufacturer.

whats intresting is when i uninstalled my AMD graphic driver and installed the Intel one the flickering was gone, but i can no longer use my switchable graphics function, can my AMD GPU be damaged? because on HP website they don't offer a Windows 10 drivers only Windows 8 drivers which i had installed and now removed. i tired downloading Wdinwos 10 drivers straight from AMD's website but they don't seem to install properly.
