I have four Computers two updates for 22H2 showed up but two didn't They are all Windows 11 ready. Is there another way to get the update?

I have experienced this as well. IDK what metric it is using to determine the roll out. I have two very similar PC and the 'lesser' spec of the two and my work laptop have already made available and updated. The highest spec machine has not showed it as an option yet.

i never wait, I always go here - https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
seems Media creation tool can't be used to update anymore. Only to make the installer, you used to be able to use it to update the PC you ran it on.
You can use the installer to update still.

rollout: I wonder how many Win 11 PC's are that all get the update? They always stutter release it... I just jump the queue everytime.

its not a very exciting update to be honest. Nothing massive, just a number of changes.
I had to go look on web to see what they changed.
Apart from task manager and some changes to Start menu, it didn't really do much for me
Most of the additions are for laptop users.

Agreed, the biggest changes I have seen were to the laptop that updated. I noticed a whole bunch of the bloat I had previously uninstalled was back...things like Sticky Notes, 3D Viewer and other trivial stuff. I still have to take a few moments to look and see what privacy settings they undid.

Start menu - wish you could replace the recommended list with Most Used Apps instead, slightly more useful to me on start.
To get most used I have to cliick the All apps button. Nice if there was an easy way to link those onto front of start menu. (Yes, I know, I could put them on front page but I would prefer just a drop down or something that showed the list as a category, as usage might change, easier to just have a hot link to teh list, rather than the actual apps. )
I just shrank it down to 2 recommended and put most of my icons in folders. its very barren but I hardly use it anyway.
I need to remember to use right click to hibernate PC and never see Start again.

shame you can't resize the start menu, it wouldn't take as much screen space then either... like you could in the past.

shame you can't pin a folder of apps to task bar. I would never use start again

yeah, it's better to wait for the 22H2 update, especially for those using nVidia graphics drivers as they're recent reports of "performance problems" with 22H2 for nvidia users:

edit - also, the 22H2 update may not show up on windows update if using outdated Intel Smart Sound Technology drivers on certain 11th gen Intel based systems:
