Question Windows 11 - 32GB Ram Memory - 97% Usage???

I'm not running any apps no nothing but my ram usage is at 97??? Please help is something wrong with my PC? what can I do to fix it?

9 tabs open in Chrome, 10 tabs in Edge....

How much memory is in the machine. Even if you only had 8gbyte which is tiny for modern machines what you show on the screen is likely well under 2gbyte total so I can't see how that can be 97%.

Try the resource monitor and look at the memory tab and see if it also thinks that that much memory is in use.

Note if you do not have a separate video card in the machine the video on the cpu will reserve a pretty large chuck.

You are running many APPs but seen that usage doesn't add up.even taking hidden windows services into account, I can think of few scenarios,
Malware, do a through malware/virus scan.
Memory leak, usually caused by bad drivers or programs/games.
Try booting in Safe BOOT mode. any autostart programs don't start in safe mode.
Please post picture of Resource monitor > Memory
That should tell more details.
