Running ryzen 7 2700x on Aorus gaming 5 wifi Mobo with 32 GBs of ram.

Everything works well on windows 10 but as soon as I update it to windows 11, windows crashes with blue screen or it gets stuck at boot with a constant red light sometime either on CPU or GPU. I updated my bios to version F64 but still facing the same issue. I downgraded it to windows 10 and it works fine now.

Can anyone suggest what could be the issue causing windows to crash?

Is this;

your motherboard? If so, you have one more BIOS version pending update. On that note, did you clear the CMOS after verifying your BIOS was flashed to the latest BIOS version?

You can create your bootable USB installer for Windows 11 and try install the OS afresh, but disconnecting all drives from your platform except for the drive you intend to install the OS on. Ofc, goes without saying that you should backup your mission critical content prior to formatting and reinstalling the OS.

On second thoughts, please pass on the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Yes this is my motherboard. I updated it to the latest bios earlier but I didn't work. The system was stuck at boot with the same GPU error. Luckily it booted once so I downgraded it and also downgraded to windows 11. I will share the complete specs by weekend. I did clear the CMOS.

Update: I mistakenly chose update and restart and now it does not boot with a solid red light for VGA. I am planning to do a clean install of windows 11 as suggested but now I couldn't get it to boot.
