Hi everybody, I m sadly writing this question from my phone because my 6 months laptop stopped working today after I decided to reset to fabric condition by the default button on windows. I went for a shower and then when I came back I sow it was keeping restarting every time without doing anything. Luckly, before to reset, I saved all my files in another ssd and managed to create with a new 32gb usb through the windows media tool to create a bootable os.
The reason I reset it? every 10 days in average the laptop goes in blu screen with memory management error and rarely on Page Fault in Nonpaged area error.
Looking online and posting on microsoft forum, they suggest a ram issue.
Now, I would say that I did read all the discussions and topic of this world about how to reset and clean install windows 11 having these issues. None of those worked! so since I m with my phone, i decided to record a video ( i m sorry in advance if the quality is not that good) to show you every single option I ve tried. Outside of the video, I have to add that during the installation another error comes Error code 0x8007025D and sometimes 0xc0000005. Both suggest ram issue..
I want to hear your suggestions and since I m still on warranty time, tomorrow I will bring the laptop to the shop.. I just wanted to avoid this because of the times they take to fix ..

Many Thanks to whoever wants to help.

p.s. To whoever think my usb doesnt work, I want to add that my syster got a official usb from microsoft she got few months ago because she called microsoft and they sent her a bootable usb. I ve tried it and the issues are the same.

how big are the USB drives?
32gb uses exfat, im surprised that bios even boots off it now. Wonder if windows installer can.

"Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation "

that tells me its the USB. I know you tried the other Microsoft one but I seen them fail before too.

try using a 16gb USB drive and see if it gets further.

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.
Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it, just to make it.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If the laptop was having issues after operation out of the box, then there's a possibility that there's an inherent issue with said laptop. You don't exactly need a bootable USB installer straight from Microsoft. The issue can happen with an older version of the OS or even if the installer was corrupt/corrupted. Have you tried recreating your bootable USB installer?

I went through your video, if I were you, I'd have tried deleting all partitions on that install window until you were left with a single unallocated 500GB drive. Hit new and then see if you can move forward.

Hi Luftij Thanks for your reply.

I specified about the microsoft usb because I tried 2 new fresh usb, one is mine i bought yesterday and the other comes from microsoft itself, so I woulnt consider the problem of the usb.. no?

about the partitions.. you mean I should delete all the partitions listed in there? also the biggest one?two of them it say they are from the system and one is for recovery.. I didnt delete them because I was afrai to do something stupid. thanks
