My issue: https://streamable.com/uxm9lx

Does anyone knows what is causing this? It may look like im pressing something on keyboard but i'm not doing anything. When I unplug the keyboard it's still happening, even when I try to do the screenshot with Windows+shift+s it's slowly dragging mouse down.
I don't remember when did it start, I noticed it few days ago.

Could be a virus, can be missing driver/failing driver, curropted windows needs to be repaired. There's a few things it can be even a busted USB port that the keyboard was plugged into freaking out, try running cmd as admin really quick with this command
sfc /scannow

I tried it and nothing changed even though it said it found something and repaired it. I also scanned my pc for any malware but didn't found any. I'm afraid that I'll have to do a factory reset

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

it doesn't delete anything, just stops non microsoft programs loading at start. easy to reverse

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

It might be a BIOS issue but with the latest cumulative update from Windows 11 i also have a glitchy Windows 11 using a MSI board too. Windows ww has been a rollercoater for me but i like it so far. Lets hope Windows 11 fix it in the next updates. Try updating everything, doing a virus scan and running something similar to ccleaner.

Could have been a system process checking the drive for errors. If you have the drive sleep quickly this checking can get behind. Generally, it starts 5 minutes after the system goes idle.
It tends to "fix" itself after a while. People tend to report 100% drive usage, fix is to let it complete by increasing the time before the drive is put to sleep.

windows started doing background checks of drives in windows 8. the process looks at each cluster and sees if it can read them without a CRC error. If it gets a CRC error it tries to reread the location over and over until it gets a good copy. It then moves the data to another cluster and marks the cluster with a error as a bad cluster. SSD also have issues with TRIM commands getting behind (booting into bios and leaving the ssd powered but idle gives the firmware time to finish its garbage collection to prevent the issue in windows)

quick formats of drives do not do the error checking of each cluster. full formats do but they can take hours. (so windows runs the back ground process to check the drive)
