Whenever I try to install a new piece of software or anything the window automatically shuts down. So basically whenever I try to install something it goes to the admin screen and then it goes to the actual screen for a second and shuts down immediatelly. The same thing also happens whenever I try to launch a game I haven't launched in a longer while (Few windows patches atleast) except it goes to the launcher screen and when I click play it goes to the eac (easy anticheat screen) and shuts down. The programs that his happened on are the curseforge installer and war thunder launcher, I haven't had a need for anything else. Also not sure if this correlated but some of my windows defender options have been disabled and I cant reenable them, saying the admin is controlling them (sorry for bad translations, english is not my native language), even though I'm the only user on this pc. Real time protection is still enabled tho. The pc performance is exactly the same if that is important in anyway, and here is a scan from malwarebytes.

The screenshot is in polish, but a rough translation is
Potentially unwanted modification | Registry value
Potentially unwanted modification | Registry value
Potentially unwanted program | File

I'm 90% sure cheat engine is safe because I had it for a long time and it hasn't caused me any issues directly. I did the scan today (27.11.2022) as a reccomendation from another person. The only advice I got is to reinstall windows from a usb but I would like to use that as a last resort, any other solutions would be nice. Please help asap. Thanks in advance !

If the window is shutting down every time you try to install something, then there ISN'T any other solution than to reinstall Windows. And you want to make sure you do a CLEAN install, not a refresh, reset or restore. None of those is desirable because you'll likely just be putting the same problem right back on there.

And if you have installation media already, don't use it. Download the media creation tool, create new media and do a clean install.

This is for Windows 10 but the process is exactly the same until you get past the "installing Windows" screen.

Edit: Well, you can TRY Ralson's suggestion of uninstalling anti-cheat but I'm guessing if it shuts down when you try to install it also likely shuts down when you try to uninstall.

I think you misinterpreted my post not windows shutting down, but the program itself shuts down instantly and also I'm on windows 11

I think you didn't read my post fully or if you did you didn't absorb what I said. But might be language barrier issue as well.

I get that it's the program shutting down, and I corrected my earlier post to reflect that, but it doesn't much matter if you can't install or uninstall anything, it is STILL a Windows problem.

Oh sorry, I didnt read it fully I saw the windows shutting down bit and thought it was pointless, that is my bad. Also sorry for not specifying earlier but I am able to uninstall things, installing is the problem.

Then I would do as Ralston suggested, and USAFRet, and uninstall it. I wouldn't recommend having it installed anyhow. As mentioned, it's problematic. Then restart Windows.
I have an update, I fixed the install issue, turns out I just had a corrupted version of the thing installed already and it was crashing the installer. But I also found the eac issue, it turns out its been disabled in services.msc and I am unable to reenable it,it tells "Easyanticheat service on your local pc has launched, and then stopped. Some service stop automatically if they are not being used by other programs" (rough translation).

So this was only a problem with ONE particular application, not "anything" you tried to install? And what happened to "same thing happens when I try to launch a game"? And "windows defender options are disabled"?
All the other issues are persisting but the install was only on that program, I didnt try installing anything else because I didnt think of it

If you are still having the other problems including not being able to make changes to Windows defender settings, then I'd just do a clean install.
