Question Windows 11 lower-end laptop, or used laptop with long warranty?

Can you suggest a Windows 11 lower-end laptop, or a used laptop with a long warranty (eg 90 days), which can run at regular mode (not battery-saving) for 4+ hrs?

One of the goal is running a 3D 15 year old game, which I could set to low settings and to a resolution lower than native, eg 720p. I could even install mods reducing environment contents, and follow guides to go even lower than low graphic settings.

I am not personally familiar with anywhere other than mom and pop shops that might offer that long a warranty on a used laptop. With that said, I have purchased quite a few used laptops from Newegg. I select sellers with very good ratings and in general the hardware showed up in better condition than advertised. The one thing I found common was the need for a new battery almost every time.
