I use the default media player app for all my videos I play on Windows 11. I don't have any folders or libraires set, but every time I play a video it ends up getting saved in the "Recent Media" section.
This is easy to clear, but it's supremely annoying seeing every video I play get saved there. I even see the last video still loaded into the "Now Playing" slider at the bottom after I clear the menu (from the last point I was watching it, if I just load the Media Player app itself). If this file is moved/or deleted, it generates an error in the player that it can't find the file.
Please tell me I don't have to just manually clear this forever, or keep getting these errors? But I don't see a setting to not remember player history.
